The Terror is only showing 2 seasons and is showing as cancelled (see screenshot), but season 3 is airing now (started airing 7 May).

This is a prime example of a stubborn Mod on TMDB throwing a temper tantrum. For the first 3 episodes of this new season Trakt had zero issues tracking and adding this. Then Mr Congeniality the selfappointed Mod God at TMDB decided to throw his weight around and effed it all up and decided to go against what IMDb, TVDB and the official website have listed for it.
Again, this highlights the problem of relying on TMDB.
So then, nothing to do and it will revert back to showing 3 seasons in due course. Cool.
I’ll wait patiently. That was weird just finished watching ep 6 then all of a sudden all of season 3 blinked and the whole show went to Ended Shows.

No. You need to add the new series and mark the episodes watched under that one. I removed all my plays for season 3 from the original series.
Agree with the dumb TMDB mod comment above. I wish Trakt would start their own database - with logical rules from the start. I would happily contribute to updating it and even helping to moderate it.
