omg I only saw this now and now I can’t login anymore!! Is there anything to do? I am on trakt with twitter since 2018!! What now??

I am in the same situation, I have my account since 2015 and can’t login anymore, can you help?
I tried to change my configurations on android app but it doesn’t possible.
