Can't log into Support & Feedback forum - help please

Hi,

I use an email address to log into http://support.trakt.tv/ but I keep getting the error message: “Server communication problems! Please try again.” - no matter how many times I try, I can’t log in. Does anybody know why this might be or is this perhaps a broader problem?

I have no idea, I just tried it and I log in the same way and I am not having issues. :man_shrugging:

The weird thing is it first did this to me when I tried logging in on my Windows desktop PC but my MacBook Air still allowed me to log in. Now neither works, lol

THERE IS A LOGIN OPTION IN SUPPORT PAGE ???

i always just clicked on contact support and opened a ticket (usually for removing deleted episodes)

OK, so weirdly (and typically), I’ve now finally been able to log in again so I guess consider my problem resolved, lol.

I see this problem reported and I’m not really sure why the support site doesn’t work sometimes. We use UserVoice and they handle everything do to with signing in and posting topics. They seem to be having some issues lately.
