Unable to Activate

Hello, I am attempting to activate a device to use the trakt api. When I go to trakt.tv\activate and enter the code, instead of where it should ask me to verify that I want to connect (trakt.tv\activate\authorize), it instead shows the same screen with a text box to enter a code but where the code should go it says “AUTHORIZE”. I have tried on multiple devices and deleted cache and in incognito and I am having the issue with all of it. It seems to be an issue with the website itself and not the devices I am using. Thanks for any help!

Edit: changed the links to backslashes so it would properly display the full links
