Unable to add more than 5 favorite streaming serivces

Starting a new topic based on my reply from a recent topic:

Short description of the issue

  • I’m unable to add/edit more than 5 favorite streaming services with the new (v3) favorites selector. The previous version of this interface allowed selecting more than 5 favorite streaming services.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • When I go to Trakt Web: Settings and click “Manage”, I already have more than 5 favorite streaming services selected, so I see the error message “You can select up to 5 services”. I can remove services, but can’t add any more.

I’m currently having the same problem. I can’t add two more services to my favorites because of the current limit.

Same here, I had much more then 5, but missing 1. Removed the old ones, but it says I have selected 5, but I only have 4 selected. Still can not add my missing one

5 services is the limit in v3 currently.

My guess is there is a selected favorite in another country.

How is going from unlimited favorites to only 5 favorite an improvement?

When I first saw this it made me laugh. “You can only select 5” but then at top “you selected 31/323”. If I can only select 5, then why do I have 31 selected. I guess because V2 had no limit.

Is there a better way to report this as issue? Seems the forum is not a good place for this kind of feedback…
