VIP header images

WHERE DO YOU GET THIS? I have VIP and although it states that this is a VIP feature, there is no way to add a header image, I have searched up on this everywhere? Please help.

When you are on a movie, TV show, season or episode page choose “set profile image” and it will put the artwork from that item on your profile…
