I have been using TRAKT since 2005 and have loved it. Recently I have gone VIP. NOW, I am having lots of issues. I know it has nothing to do with VIP but now that I am paying it bothers me more.
. I have watched many episodes of various shows (Hidden Assets is one) and in my account it shows that I have not watched one. How do I/you fix this?
i’m seeing a bunch of duplicates in your watch history, do you use plex or another third party for scrobbling?
I am streaming via the Diggz build on an Nvidia Shield.

you’ll want to contact the developers of that app to see if it can be fixed or updated on their end
Everyone is complaining about it - even if they don’t use Diggz. Others have stated that it is a known TRAKT issue and that we just have to wait until TRAKT is fixed.
I have no idea who to believe. IF I am watching a show using TRAKT - even on the Diggz platform, TRAKT should be acknowledging the show being viewed, right? I have had times that I have tried to get to TRAKT but I am told that it isn’t available. This is within Diggz. So is this a Diggz issue?

Everything you’re describing sounds like a Diggz issue. If the Diggz app/addon (whatever it is) is marking shows as watched and there are shows that aren’t tracking, then it would be a connection between Diggz and Trakt and Diggz would need to look into and fix. Marking shows and movies as watched on Trakt works if you’re doing it manually, and for the most part using their built in scrobbling.
