Ability to receive emails for Report updates & responding back to reports

This might just be a limitation of how the Reports section work, but just to ease my mind knowing if it’s possible or not possible, is the following feature request doable?

  1. Ability to get email notifications for Report responses and status changes to Reports (think customers would benefit from this so they don’t have to keep checking back the report page)
  2. Ability to respond back to the Reported item. Right now, we can’t respond back, so if trakt support asks a question, we have to respond back by reporting on another episode or season etc.
