I have a few big lists and I would love to add custom tags to the films and shows on there so i can click on the tag and it only shows me films and tv shows with the tag or tags I have selected

You should be clearer with your idea/title.
Right now the title makes me think you want everyone and their dog to be able to add user-generated tags to movies.
I’m against that.
(Also why not just shrink down your lists??? If they’re too big already they’re not useful probably either 
)
