what time zone are the shows set as? For example Solo Leveling airs Sunday at 00:00. But on trakt is says Saturday at 05:00 PM

The timezone that appears on the show’s page is in the timezone you chose in your settings:
For example, this is mine.
We get airtimes from TVDB, TVMaze or a moderator manually edits them. On the page, we use the airtime of the original country and it converts into the timezone you chose in your settings.
For Anime in particular, I edit them all when the anime season starts, since it is easy for them to show up in the wrong day if they don’t have any airtime set.
