Trakt data from the TVDB for American Dad is not matching the streaming services.
It looks like Trakt is using the Aired Order instead of the New Order FOX.
This causes all the episodes to be off since the new order that the streaming services use combine season 1 and 2.
Can Trakt use the New Order FOX from TVDB?
That’s not how trakt works. Trakt pulls data from TMDB and that’s no buts about it unless the show has not been migrated from TVDB yet. Which is not the case for American Dad which is being pulled from TMDB already.
You will have to deal with how TMDB does it. You can try to dispute it over at TMDB but if they have it listed as such a way, it’s because of their TMDB bible. You’ll just have to live with it.
Really really sorry. I misunderstood and thought they pulled from TVDB. My mistake clearly.
