So, the anime Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s Song- has a very weird bug. I sent a support ticket about this already, but even after you answered it wasn’t fixed, and when I tried to reply, the Gmail said it was a spam.
I will detail here what is happening because it is a very weird case.
This page doesn’t show the episode name or image, that are in the database and apparently are on trakt already, as you can see in the previous image. Also doesn’t mark the episode as watched to me. And I did watch it, twice:
This ticket is in the developers’ queue. Unfortunately, there are only two of them and they deal with more than just support (like the new iOS app).
I also understand how not seeing results can make you feel ignored or disrespected.
I’m looking at adding some automated emails with a confirmation of a new ticket, and then another to confirm it’s still open and in a queue, maybe on a weekly basis. Would this be something you’d appreciate or find obnoxious?

I see or hear anime and my eyes cross. I don’t know why, but it’s like a fatal error to my brain.
But on topic, Justin looked into the show and he fixed some duplications in the background and has switched it to TMDB. Can you check and see if this fix resolved your issues too please? If so, I’ll close the other Vivy tickets.
