Hello, I’m VIP level for several years. I’ve sent in several support tickets but have yet to receive any responses. Hoping someone will be able to help me here.
Earlier this week, I imported my Letterboxd data, since I’d like Trakt to be my sole app for tracking and rating what I watch.
Ever since that import, though, nothing has synced automatically. It just stopped working at the time I did the import.
This seems to be the case on both the app and the Trakt.tv website.
Anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this?
