Current version of Trakt doesn’t have the ability to move to the next episode automatically. After clicking on “Track” button it’s just marking as watched but staying on that episode until I click on the “Next Episode” which appears on the episode thumbnail. It’s even showing the old “remaining episodes” until I click on the “Next Episode” button. Also, the show doesn’t disappear if there’s no new episode or season after the last episode is marked as watched. It would be great if it moves to the next episode if available or to the next season when a season is available.
See the attachment, I marked Andor’s last episode/season finale as watched but it’s still showing 1 episode remaining and the episode run time.
I am facing the same issue,is it a feature or a bug? Also when i mark one episode as watched it takes some time to sync, not a fast sync actually.Pretty slow it is.
Thanks for the reply, but that didn’t work, neither on web nor on app, even after enabling, it’s still not automatically refreshing. I think this setting is for something else, which I haven’t explored yet, but it’s definitely not for the mentioned one or some bug is preventing it from auto refreshing.
Hmm, that’s interesting, out of curiousity, I switched that setting to “No I’ll refresh myself” on my dashboard, and the result was exactly the same as you’re getting, switched it back to auto and everything seems to work fine…must be some sort of bug in the update as you say.
I realise this might be silly question, but I’ve forgotten to do it myself in the past, did you save the change at the bottom of the page after you made the change?
Sorry, my bad. There two identical settings (actually three, two of them are same), just a small description under it. One is “Choose what happens after you WATCH the next episode” and the other one is “Choose what happens after you COLLECT the next episode”. I had enabled the “COLLECT” one. Finally found it though.
