Can you import an excel movie/show list into Trakt?

Hello!

I have an excel with a thousand or so movies and shows. Is there a way to import this excel into the Trakt website so all the movies and shows get added into my watchlist?

I’ve tried searching, and I see a bunch of complicated things you have to do with third party tools. Is there an easier way?

There’s no native support.
If the excel file is based on data from IMDb or something you can use Traktrater to import IMDb data to your trakt account.

I don’t think you can use your own data
