Can't add to watched list

Up until a few days ago, once I finished watching a series I could add it to my watched list but recently it will not allow that to work. I have tried numerous times & even though it says ‘added’ it doesn’t actually add to my list. Just wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.

Guess you haven’t heard the changes.

After watching something, you should add it to your watched history (not a list). Click the purple button to do that.
