On the streaming app I use (cinema HD), if I add anything as a favourite, it adds to my trackt “collections”, which I understand to be a feature to track physical copies of media (dvds, etc).
On the Trakt app, if I add something to my watchlist or to my collections, it does not sync back to the app. But what I watch does sync to my history which is great. so I know it’s not a syncing issue.
I can’t see to find if this is currently possible, but is there a way I can run a search/create a combined list from my watchlist and collections, where it’s then possible to filter (e.g. not show “watched”)?
I would like to see everyone I have favourited through the streaming app and on the Trakt app all in one place.
Edit: not sure I made sense. In essence, I’m trying to create a global search, listing watched or collected items, minus watched items.
On the app Watcht, which uses Trackt api, it has implanted a search similar to this but the results of the attached pic filters out everything not on both lists (I believe the query uses AND not OR). Not very tech minded so unsure if this still makes sense but see attached pic
