We use a streaming box and every single day we have to reactivate in order to watch anything! I need to either remove Trakt or fix this issue! Also instead of just a check mark on watched episodes they disappear and only unmatched ones remain. How do I fix this?
when you say streaming box do you mean something like kodi or another media center box? or are you accessing a trakt tvos app for appletv or an androidtv set?

That is an issues with the app you’re using. It sounds like they don’t have Trakt authentication setup correctly. I recommend contacting the app developer directly.
Thanks. I have, but there aren’t too many people who use this specific streaming box who also use Trakt. I now need to know how to remove Trakt from that system. It has been working perfectly until the last few weeks. Also, I do not have the paid subscription for Trakt, I’m using the free version. Thank you again for your help!
