Export data & filter in searches

Short description of the issue

  • Export data not possible because e-mail seems invalid.

  • Hiding listed items in search not working/very delayed.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I want to export my data, but I am not getting any e-mails. It keeps telling me my adress is invalid, but it is a normal gmail adress and I keep getting mails from Trakt just fine, just not my data exports. How can I get my data? Neither automated backups not one-time-exports work!

  • In search, it takes over a week to realize an item is on a list and filtering it out with “hide item on list”. I can fade items on lists immediately, but hiding them is only working after days. Before, I could put something on a list, hit refresh and it would immediately been hidden in the new search. Why does the system realize its on a list and fade it right away, but hiding it only works days later? That does not make sense at all and is really annoying to work with.

I’ve tried to message support about this, but they have been ignoring my message for 17 days. I get not answering immediately (especially with holidays etc.), but not answering at all after over two weeks is basically no support at all.
