It doesn’t work becuase the tvdb id used in this show is returning a 404, it seems that they moved the show to a different id.
It would be nice if we can submit a new proposal for a linked provider id, this way the broken show can be fixed.
I see the problem, there are duplicates with each pulling info from a different source.

and this one is pulling info from TMDB only
We are moving to TMDB only eventually so perhaps this will not be a problem much longer.

That’s not true. They were both imported and sourced from TVDb. There was just a dupe on TVDb (now removed).
It even says the source if TVDB:
I added the correct tvdb id over at TMDb, so it should get fixed. The deleted tvdb id dupe should just be removed from Trekt. I posted it on the support board
