Have you tried resetting browser data? https://trakt.tv/settings/data

As @arcreactor mentioned, resetting the browser data should fix it. Seems like the movie data got corrupted for some reason. It should also fix itself the next time you add a new movie to your history.

Oh! How do you access that page from a menu or something? I looked through setting if there was something iffy there but found nothing strange. I logged out and in of course too.
