An item went missing from my watch history, when I searched the film in question it was marked as watched but the date and time I watched it had disappeared. Is there any way I can recover that information? If not I’m a little concerned about how much I can trust this site/app to serve as a record of my watch history. Also is posting here the only way to get in contact with customer support?

First, what item is missing so we can take a look?
Second, please try reseting your browser data, since that might fix the issue if it is just a visual bug. You can do that going to your settings > advanced > reset browser data.
Resetting browser data didn’t work.
The film in question was “Nick Mullen: the Year of the Dragon” and I know I watched at some point between 6:15pm on March 1st and 9:41pm on March 3rd

@Sonply I too have found some oddities (yesterday) a TV Show, Have I got News For You, suddenly appeared in my “Up Next” on the app but I had marked this as hidden as I no longer watch it. (crap just went to move the mouse and inadvertently clicked the mouse and now have unhidden it aaargh)
Also Prisoner Cell Block H has suddenly appeared with 4 episodes from season 2 now showing as unwatched.
How come?
yeah I also have the same issue. Films I have watched 1 or 2 years ago suddenly dont have a purple checkmark anymore, when you look them up. But if you scroll through my history they are still there.
@birdofprey @changnoi Honestly, it might depend on each case, so it is better for you to send an e-mail to support@trakt.tv with all the the items you think that are missing so they can take a look at your cases specifically.
