How do I update my Trakt Forums Profile Picture

I updated my Profile Picture on Trakt itself but it seems have not changed on the Forums, Is there a way to update this?

Remove cookies/cache and go to the forums. You’ll be promoted to log in and it should pick up your new profile pic!

Thank you, Strange that you have to clear the cookies just to get your new profile pic.
