Unable to add a profile pic via mobile browser on iOS

For some reason the app won’t let me add a profile pic. When I click the little button to browse my pics it doesn’t respond… PLEASE HELP

It seems that it works if you double press the “Browse”-button!

@support there seems to be a usability issue with that button on mobile (at least iOS)

i had a similar issue a few weeks ago but for my settings in general. i think mine was a token issue, while i was still logged in when id click to view all settings it was loading an expired session. have you tried logging out of the app and back in or also force quitting the app? i was also getting the same issue on the browser on my computer but it fixed when i logged out and back in, maybe try all that

There appears to be something wrong with the button on the website on mobile devices (potentially iOS only). As a workaround until I can see if someone can look into the issue, please try tap and hold on the button for a second or two and then let go and you should get the options show up. That at least seems to work for me on two different iOS devices.

I’ll have a fix out in this week’s website update. The settings page will use the better avatar upload that we already use on the web welcome wizard.

Website (desktop and mobile) updated with a new way of uploading an avatar. It should work with a single tap on mobile. Desktop also supports drag and dropping an image onto the avatar. Make sure to Save Settings after uploading your avatar.

Thanks for your response but I’m using the app on an iPhone 15…

I believe the app just loads up the Trakt website. Can you post a screen recording of the flow and what isn’t working? That might be more clear for us to investigate more.
