How Long for Ticket to Sort & Queue?

I opened a ticket 2 days after I subscribed for a refund and I immediately got an email that my ticket was received and is waiting to be sorted and queued.

That was 7 days ago. How long until I get a response?

I’m planning to go through payment tickets today. We’ve been consumed with the Trakt app launch recently.
