Customer Support

I opened up a ticket a week ago on the customer support website about my locked account and its been showing processing ever since I opened it. Being a paid VIP customer since Feb 2019 I would hope to be able to get quicker support. Is there something going on with support tickets? The ticket # is 20570.

@justin I am getting a 504 error when I try to load the profile.

That’s usually because an application went rogue and sent absurd amount of plays/dupe data. Then the profile won’t be viewable by others either.

Your ticket is in the locked accounts queue. It should be addressed shortly.

Thank you and sorry for raising in this forum but was getting frustrated that ticket seemed stuck.
