How to find what episodes watched for a show

I watch The Chase (The Chase - Trakt) and currently there are about 1045 episodes through 15 seasons.

Is there a way to download this information so that I can get a complete list of Seasons with Episode numbers (with details) and indicate which of these I have seen?

Can we add a download option on each show?

Ideally I would see:
A complete list of Season Number
A complete list of Episode Number
Additional Information
Air Date
With a watched Date were seen

I could download my watched history (I actually can not do this as having over 49,000 episodes it times out before giving me the information) and pick out those seen but it does not tell me which Season/ Episode I have NOT seen unless I manually go through each season and episode to find out if and how many episodes per season there are.

Hopefully I am not missing something obvious.
So thank you for any help or advice to do this.

You can view your episodes watched history on show level too.

This is an example of watch history for a show I watched. Just click the View Plays text on show level. You can download that information too.

@lifeiscrazy thank you for that. So I have my watched history (372 episodes) that I have now downloaded, great (although it doesn’t give me the detail of the episode).
Part 1 answered (sort of).

Part 2:
How do I download my unwatched items?
There are around 670 episodes to watch. So how do I find out the Season and Episodes I am missing?

Thank you to anyone that might help.

I don’t think it’s really possible to do that, BUT, you can go to the page to view all episodes, and then hide the watched ones, although, with this amount of episodes, the website might just say no :stuck_out_tongue:

Another option, is to go to your progress page, and look up the show, and then with the detailed/smart progress bars (as in, not simple, I don’t know what the term is for the not simple ones, haha), you can see in what seasons you haven’t watched everything, and then expand those, or just expand it all at once.

This sound closest to what is needed. It seems to work for me so it should filter that many episodes, it may just take a second.
