For some reason I can no longer leave a comment after watching a show. I tried it several times and Instead of my comment posting, it just times out 
. Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Just so we can know more about your issue, is this in the website or in the apps?

Thank you for responding so quickly. Once I read your response, I realized that I only tried it through the apps on my iPhone and my Android. Both times it didn’t work but I was just able to leave a comment doing it from the website (from my android)

I’m going to consider this solved for now based on the below reply but let us know if you run into the issue again, and hopefully the error message may be more helpful at that point in time.
