iCal dates wrong in Google Calendar

Hello,

I have an issue when subscribing a list to my google calendar: it adds the items but the release dates are not correct (check screenshots). I thought it was considering the day they were added to the list instead of the release date, but does not match either. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance
Vitor

Just make sure, you have a list that you subscribed to on Trakt. Then on the calendar page you get the ical feed. From there, google is using the wrong dates? Does the Trakt calendar display the correct dates? (The screenshot you sent looks like the list itself)

I created the list of, then generated the ical link on the actual list (screenshot). I tried to subscribe to it and THEN generate the code for ical, but the link is the same (screenshot).

On my calendar, the items show in the right place (screenshot). But on my google calendar it shows all in the wrong dates.

Pam & Tommy is on the 17th Jan
South Park is on the 18th Jan
Reacher is on the 5th Dec
Raised by Wolves 14 Dec

I rechecked and can confirm: it’s using the date that I added the items to the list, not their premiere date. Can I change than manually on the code?

Thank you in advance

You should use the iCal link from the calendar, that will use the correct air dates. The list iCal is going to use the date each item was added to the list.

Thank you, that solved the issue. The last part of the link is the same, but not the beginning and makes a difference.

Can I just ask: is it possible to make the events “all-day events”? add something to the link. The premieres for movies are all day, but for the tv shows it appears with times.

Thank you again

Yes, add &full_days=true to the end of the iCal URL.
