If I watch something via Netflix, AppleTV, or Amazon Prime on my Apple TV will it track?

I am wondering if this can automatically track any of my subscriptions when I watch them via my Apple TV 4K

There’s a tvOS beta app, but I have no idea what it does or how it works because I don’t have Apple TV.
