The IFTTT integration has not worked since the site and API were restored.
I tried reauthenticating to Trakt in the IFTTT app. Didn’t work. The app doesn’t make this process intuitive.
Also reconnected the service on the IFTTT website. No change.
I deleted my applets, removed the Trakt service from IFTTT and recreated everything. Still doesn’t work.
I see on the IFTTT website the Trakt service is paused - IFTTT Status - The Trakt service is currently paused. So it seems like the problem is due to that. I’ve tried contacting them to ask that they unpause it now that the API is up again but nothing comes of my requests. Surely the Trakt team has a way to contact an actual person at IFTTT, right? Maybe someone you worked with on the integration to get the service turned back on. Can you help with this please?

I messaged them on twitter which seemed to finally do the trick.

I messaged IFTTT support on Jan 6 when it was still paused (after nearly 3 weeks of the Trakt API being fixed), and they replied a few hours later saying they had unpaused it.
