Imported data from TV Time, but watch time is incorrect

I imported my data from TV Time. My TV show watch time should be around 2 months, but Trakt only shows 13 hours. My movie watch time is 0 hours.

My watch history for both TV shows and movies appears to be there, but the total watch time is incorrect. Is this a known issue, or did something go wrong during the import?

Can you please send a screenshot of where you are seeing that data?
If you are referring to the “Screen Time” section, that will only show you data for the past 7 days.

Is there a place where I can see my total watch time?

For now, not for free users. We do have that data in the all time stats VIP users have access to.
