Is there a way to cancel/end a rewatch without dropping a show?

I started rewatching a show that is still currently airing, and now I want to end my rewatch partway through while still having new episodes in my up next/calender/etc. Drop doesn’t seem to be the feature for this because then I wouldn’t have newly aired episodes in my up next.

Is there way to remove/cancel/end the rewatch (while keeping the plays from the rewatch) without dropping the show entirely? Or is there any other workaround for this or am I just stuck with the show frozen where I stopped rewatching?

Yes, there is. Just go into your settings > hidden items > and select rewatching:

You just need to click on the poster to stop rewatching the item.
