Logic behind sorting of "episodes" and "seasons" menus

Seems the merging has gone the wrong way as the feature request is now closed :stuck_out_tongue:

Wait what? Has there been a similar thread about this issue recently? Or is that comment COMPLETELY disconnected from this topic?

I don’t recall the exact reason for this decision so many years ago. :thinking: My guess is we modeled our default sorting from TMDB or TVDB or a similar type of site.
