Current Behaviour: I can enter my credentials, but the “Loading Profiles” screen appears briefly and then vanishes without letting me select a profile.

The result is the service appears in my list with my email address, but no profile selected, and a [FIX] button next to it.

Clicking [FIX] simply repeats the loop.

Regression: As far as I can tell, from my Trakt Sync history logs, the scrobbler for Paramount+ was working for me until 14 Nov, 2025 (with a paused show on 14 Nov and last successful synced show on 23 Oct). Recent failures to scrobble watched shows prompted me to try to refresh the connection.

Devices: Fails on both Samsung Tab S5e (Android 11) and Pixel 9 Pro (Android 16).
I have the android app on both devices, mainstream app, not the new beta (which I don’t like, and doesn’t appear to have a “Settings” button anyway?) -
Troubleshooting: I have attempted to disconnect/reconnect multiple times (resulting in Error 429 rate limiting - which has since resolved), but the profile selection fails consistently on both devices.
I have spent a lot of time troubleshooting this with Gemini AI. It appears that perhaps the specific redirect or profile selection handshake for the Australian Paramount region has broken since mid-November (but, of course, the Gemini AI conclusion might not be right!).
Is this is a known bug, or is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this problem?
