I seem to can not get the trakt android app to connect with Disney+.
When I login Disney+ through the app, it will do all the normal loading but instead of landing back on the Steaming Scrobbler page, it stays logged into my Disney+ account page.
Once you back out, it shows that I need to sign-in Disney+ again.
Log says “Your Disney+ information is correct, But there isn’t an active subscription associated with your account.”
This account is absolutely active. You can see it on the account screen in the app.
This is the only streaming service that seems to be giving me fits like this.
Maybe post a screen recording like requested instead of just “same”
Maybe bug reports should have a some mandatory info added like what device, what it runs on, what app version if applicable, screenshots, steps to reproduce and finally expected and actual result.
Hey man sorry I don’t really have a computer and was in the middle of other things just trying to fix the issue just thought more engagement would bring an answer instead of someone just being mad lol. most recent version of the app, to add scobblers it says to access my phone? which is an s22+ and steps to reproduce? like literally I’m just trying to link the service like it says through there app but when we get all the way through it just essentially logs into Disney plus and opens the watch now menu and like wants me to pick a movie not really linking like it does with max, hulu, etc. i guess my expected result would be it linking correctly? is that enough ? sorry i cant provide “screenshots”
Same issue, two months and no support reply? I’m on Android Phone V14. I sign into Disney Plus, click on Profile to be connected and it takes me to Disney Plus account Management and does not update trakt that Disney+ is connected. Hulu and other connected fine with the selected profile.
I have the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ Bundle which is managed on Hulu. I suspect this is the issue, though I sign into Disney+ directly with the username and password.
I have the same issue. But i figured out what the problem is.
It is because Disney+ takes 3 or 4 days to process the billing with me.
For example my monthly payment is on the 22nd. And it is paided on that day.
But disney takes 4 days to forward it to the account.
The scrobbler thinks my account is not active. But it is. After disney has processed it. I can reconnect the scrobbler. It is really annoying.
That said. The Disney scrobbler still does not work for me. Everything stays on 0%.
