this series does not have pages at IMDB or TVDB, which is required for import. Once those pages have been created, the ID tag for that page needs to be updated on TMDB, then the series will start updating again within 24 hours
Can’t this be added to the trakt manually in the background? I haven’t played on those two platforms.
trakt uses tmdb as its data source and one of the requirements is for entries to have either imdb or tvdb ID tags entered on tmdb for them to import so there’s no way to add it otherwise. you can try asking on the forums for those sites for someone to add the entries so we can get the IDs
