Hi I have a plex server on a Mac mini and the webhook is working inconsistently. Sometimes it register I viewed or I´m viewing a tv show or movie, but sometimes it doesn’t. yesterday I´ve checked all the settings and deleted and added the webhook again and it worked, but today its not working again. What can be done?
Can you check the debug log inside of Plex media server and filter for “trakt” to see if it’s attempting to send Trakt any data, and the status codes?
That might help us find what’s causing that issue.
Or, if you prefer, send an e-mail to support@trakt.tv and they can enable Plex debugging on your account to see what Plex webhooks are being sent to us.

As far as I know a 415 means the webhook sent an event we don’t use. For example, a music related event or live tv watching. Plex sends us webhooks for a lot of stuff, but we only use the ones mentioned in the Plex settings page.
Are those episodes/movies linked to the correct IDs on TMDB that correspond to how they are listed on Trakt?
I’ll send the details, but answering your question: the same show or even the same episode is checking in or not randomly. So I don’t think is related to the IDs.
