Plex stopped scrobbling to trakt 2 days ago?

I’m not seeing my scrobbles from Plex on trakt for the last 2 days. Is this a problem on trakt’s end? I tried to re-add my webhook, it didn’t change.

If I check my plex profile, I can see the episodes I watched there in my watched history, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

if you share the logs with @support / support@trakt.tv they can check what kind of errors they are sending and if it’s on Trakt’s end.

Can you check the debug log inside of Plex media server and filter for “trakt” to see if it’s attempting to send Trakt any data, and the status codes?
That might help us find what’s causing that issue.

Or, if you prefer, like the user above said, you can send an e-mail to support@trakt.tv and they can enable Plex debugging on your account to see what Plex webhooks are being sent to us.
