The webhook to add movies to my collection has not worked since March. Any updates in terms of what movies or episodes I have watched is successfully getting updated.
I have tried deleting and re-adding the webhook in Plex, and all my settings look correct. Any ideas?
You need to activate push notifications for the server. I believe it is in the “general” settings. Unfortunately collected TV will only work if it is a single episode of the show added. Plex won’t send out the notification if there are 2+ episodes of the same show added in one scan.
Thanks for the reply, that worked, not sure how I missed that setting.
I also setup the Plex-Trakt-Sync docker container, and that successfully sync all my collected movies since this stopped working, so I am all good now.
