Please see the following issue which i’m seeing on my Galaxy Tab S9+ tablet when Trakt website is opened from Chrome, vertically and horizontally oriented. Doesn’t expand to drop down menu; rather it just takes me to my profile.
Another user is also stating they are seeing the same issue on their iPad from Chrome:
What specific devices? My iPhone and iPad work just fine. I have two test Android tablets and they work just fine as well.
On Apple devices I use Safari (website) and not the native Trakt app.

I’m having this issue on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ on Chrome browser. But I have no issues on my iPhone 14 Pro Max on Chrome browser.
If it helps, my tablet OS is on OneUI 6.1 (Android 14).
I also just tried to plug in a mouse into my android tablet and tried to click and also tried hover over the profile photo on the upper right corner of my tablet and it still won’t expand the menu but just takes me to the profile page.
For me it’s on iPad Air 3Generation on iOS 17.5.1. I use Safari and I have no blocking app on Trakt. It’s working fine on my iPhone (with same settings).
Same problem on Fire Tablet, Menu won’t drop down so I can’t sign out.
Hi @justin - just wanted to check in if you had made any progress on why my Samsung Galaxy Tab s9+ isn’t able to expand the profile dropdown menu.
Sorry to pester, but any updates on this bug which seems to affect certain tablets?
Android 14 (OxygenOS) reporting in from OnePlus Pad, same menu bug.
Noticed in Chrome. Tried long-pressing (nope), switching desktop mode on and off (nope), switching to Firefox (nope).
I pushed a potential fix for this issue, please let know if it is working correctly now. I was testing on an iPad since I saw the issue there as well.
