I tried exporting the Sav for my rating and watchlist to import to movie but it’s not compatible.
When you try you get the below message.
The file you submitted could not be mapped to one of our supported formats.
Doesn’t anyone know what needs to be fixed?
You gotta compare the example file on tmdb with your export.
And then ask tmdb to add a new column to the import. Justin keeps adding new info to several exports as users request it.
I asked Travis/TMDb a few years back to add tmdb and he did. And a few months later a column was added (genres iirc) and he updated that too.
