Remove 1 day history

is it possible to remove an entire single day from history/watched?

my trakt has bugged out & I now have hundreds (thousands possibly) of episodes/movies ive apparently watched all in 1 day - obviously this is incorrect & I need to remove this day.

Because of this, all my ‘next up’ is completely broken.
