Shows Stuck in Refresh

I’m having this issue with a few shows. I went to refresh the images/data for them last night…it’s now the afternoon of today and I keep getting the “This is already queued for a refresh!” while the shows themselves won’t update. I tried pressing the “reset data” button in settings to see if it would do anything but it didn’t.

Please report those shows on the website and we’ll see if they really are stuck and fix it.
If the shows have too much data they can take a really long time to refresh.

I reported them a few days ago. Received no response as of yet. Three of the four are miniseries though so I doubt they have too much data lol

Never mind, just checked and they’re fine now. Not sure why this was happening for a few days but glad it resolved itself I guess, haha.

In case you didn’t know you can see the status and response to your reports when you go to settings. It’s like the tab in the horizontal menu on the far right if I remember correctly.

Sadly there’s no option to select an email or browser/phone notification when the ticket gets a status update.
