Just got an email from notify@trakt.tv about a dating site. is that something that’s supposed to happen ?
I didn’t completely read the email looks like it’s a follower notice and the name of the follower is: hello join the dating site with an URL in the name that’s why at first I thought you guys got hacked or something
Yes, looks like Trakt was attacked by an army of spammers overnight again. This appears to be actual people who are signing up and spamming users with follow requests. I’ve already deleted all the accounts and will be working on additional updates today to prevent this.
