Hi, I’m trying to email yourselves as I’m recieving a message for API being locked and i have to contact support, I’ve searched everywhere on the site but cannot find an email contact link so I’m posting this in the hope you can point me in the right direction

I emailed support in February 2025 and still have no response.
I received a notification from Paypal that your invoice was ‘inactive’ for some unknown reason. I didn’t do it and I went there and can’t see how to re-activate it.
I looked in my trakt account online and it showed all my paid invoices for the past 7 years in Feb every year.
Yet, I took a screenshot and it said that it was paid up to April 22 2025, but that my account would auto renew in Feb 2026.
Still no response via email to my plea for help.
magically, after I posted this and emailed AGAIN, I seem to have been able to renew it for the year again. WHEW!

So, now I understand why the Paypal auto renew didn’t work, because it was authorized for the original price of $30/yr USD. I am in Canada, so it is more for me.

I just checked and I replied to your ticket back on March 5th. “I would recommend waiting until your expiration date to see if the payment goes through. If it doesn’t, please reach out to support again and we can send you a link to sign up for the original $30 subscription”. I’ll be happy to follow up on this with you on Monday.
