RE TMDB website says external ID’s are locked. Can you show how to do it? The shows I am wanting to add are all 2024 and all have IMDB id’s.

TMDB may have temporarily restricted external ID edits. Check the TMDB forums or support channels for the latest updates on this policy. If the restriction is in place, you might need to wait until it’s lifted or explore alternative methods to add the shows to your collection.

If you need the TVDB ID added on any page and you can’t add the ID on TMDB’s external ID’s, you can report it with their ID and we’ll manually add. Keep in mind that you won’t see the ID in the website, it is hidden in the background since TVDB isn’t our main datasource.
