TMDB ID mismatch

I just noticed that the episode/season guide for Neurotically Yours was a bit off, I went to check on TMDB and the ID provided by Trakt wasn’t available, so I added the show on TMDB (Neurotically Yours (TV Series 2001-2016) — The Movie Database (TMDB)) but the ID is now different.
Trakt links to 34592 and the new listing is at 133853.

How does something like this get fixed so it can be synched?

Also of note, the episode numbering on TMDB is not different than TheTVDB and Trakt, I used the Fandom Wiki episode guide since what is on TheTVDB and Trakt is a mess with duplicate episodes and a few other issues.

Please open a support or help ticket or click the Report Movie/Show/Season/Episode in the left sidebar of the Trakt.tv listing and share as many details as possible in the notes field.
