Since the middle of November my Emby servers on three different computers has failed to update at all and there is never anything showing as currently playing in Trakt. I “think” i have opened a ticket but there seems to be no clear link that says “Support ticket.” I used “Contact support” and I hope that was correct. If it were not please direct me to the correct place. Thanks

Please a support ticket so we can unlock your account. Emby should be presenting an error message saying to do that, but it seems they aren’t?
