After the plex update I performed yesterday my collected has resumed scrobbling. Watched never changed for me it was working the whole time.

Are you on the latest beta Plex media server that is available for Plex pass members?

I have version 1.21.1.3830 of Plex and the webhook is working fine. Might be that the ID’s for whatever you are watching is unknown to Trakt?
